Yes. Our products are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical for purity, identity and content. Certificates of analysis (COAs) are published for most products on our certificate of analysis page.

It depends on the route. Local stock ships free with tracking Australia-wide (Express Post is free on orders over $400, and same-day hand delivery in Canberra is $18.99 at checkout). China-tier orders ship by tracked express for a flat $130 AUD, regardless of order size. Local stock posted overseas is a flat $50 AUD express.

Every order passes through our Canberra warehouse, where it is quality-checked, labelled and packed before dispatch. Local stock is dispatched the same day when you order by 10 am on a weekday (next business day otherwise): Canberra usually same or next day, most of Australia 1–3 days, WA/NT/TAS up to a week. China-tier orders are sourced direct from the manufacturing lab and normally arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering.

We ship worldwide. Local stock can be posted overseas for a flat $50 AUD express, and China-tier orders ship worldwide for a flat $130 AUD express. Delivery times outside Australia vary by destination and customs processing.

Yes. All parcels are plain-packed, with no Capital Precision Labs branding visible on the outside.

Every parcel is tracked. For local stock, your tracking number is emailed as soon as the order is packed and dispatched from Canberra. For China-tier orders, we send transit updates while your order is on its way and email the tracking number for the final leg once it is dispatched to you. You can follow any tracking number on our track-order page. If it has been more than 3 weeks since ordering and your parcel has not arrived, contact us.

Every order is covered by our 3-week delivery guarantee. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of ordering, contact us with your order number — we'll reship it free of charge or issue a full refund, your choice.

If your parcel is held or seized by customs or Border Force for any reason, we will reship your order at no extra cost or issue a full refund, your choice. Contact us with your order number and we'll arrange it. Most orders arrive without issue, but the guarantee covers you either way.

No. All products are supplied for laboratory and research use only. They are not approved by the TGA for therapeutic use and are not for human consumption.

Most products are offered two ways. A single is one vial. A kit is 10 vials of the same product at a lower price per vial — a little over 20% less than buying singles. The exact saving is shown on each product.
