If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@capitalprecisionlabs.com with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund it at no cost to you — where the item is held in local stock, we can usually resend it from Canberra within a few days.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Every order is quality-checked and packed in our Canberra warehouse and dispatched with tracking. Local stock usually arrives within 1–3 days across most of Australia; China-tier orders normally arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. If your order has not been delivered within 3 weeks of ordering, contact us with your order number — we will reship the order at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice. Where the item is held in local stock, we may offer to resend it from Canberra instead.
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including any import duties, taxes, or restrictions on research compounds. Capital Precision Labs cannot control or predict customs decisions.
If a parcel is seized by customs for any reason, we will reship your order at no extra cost or issue a full refund, your choice. It remains your responsibility to verify the legality of importing these research materials before ordering, but a customs seizure will never leave you without a resolution.
If you have concerns about product quality, contact us with the batch number on the vial. Every order is checked and packed in Canberra, and we can compare the batch with its published Janoshik certificate of analysis and agree the next step with you.
