Capital Precision Labs is the trading name of CP Scientific Pty Ltd (ACN 702 046 866), the supplier under these terms. All products supplied by Capital Precision Labs are intended for laboratory and research use only. Products are not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for therapeutic use and are not for human or animal consumption.

By placing an order, you warrant that you are a licensed research entity, qualified professional, or authorised purchaser, and that products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST where applicable. Payment is due at the time of order. Orders paid by bank transfer are confirmed once the funds are received and are cancelled automatically if payment is not received within the reminder period.

All orders are quality-checked and packed in our Canberra warehouse and dispatched with tracking. Local stock orders are dispatched by tracked post or courier; China-tier orders travel by tracked express courier. Delivery times (typically 1–3 business days within Australia for local stock, and 2–3 weeks from order for the China tier) are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title and risk pass to the buyer on dispatch. Buyers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Precision Labs is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of products supplied.

Buyers are solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, import, and possession of research compounds is lawful in their jurisdiction. Capital Precision Labsmakes no representation that products are legal in any particular country or region. Orders placed in breach of local law are the sole responsibility of the buyer.Capital Precision Labs reserves the right to refuse orders at its discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
